After 13 years working as an Estate Agent in London and running my own business doing villas sales and rentals abroad, I decided to come into property recruitment back in 2019 and now have a very strong network within the industry.

My function is to source the best people within estate agency, the property sector in general and the mortgage services industry and to look out for vacancies that might suit these experienced and talented property people. Consequently, I am always on the lookout for great candidates and fantastic job opportunities.

I grew up in Spain and moved to London. Quite unsure of which path to take workwise but having a passion for property and people I chose Estate Agency. Over the years I have worked for some amazing large independent companies and have had some of the best training within the industry. I have also worked with companies on a much larger scale and therefore understand the needs for both Corporate and Independent companies and understand which would be best for you if you came to the point of looking for a new role. I have also run my own businesses since 2013. I am very much a peoples person and very approachable with a lot of knowledge, customer service is key for me and understanding peoples requirements and needs are particularly important.
