A SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR is sought for this highly successful ESTATE AGENT based in their RAYNES PARK office. This is a chance to join a thriving company that takes pride in providing a professional residential sales and lettings service within a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be a professional with extensive residential lettings experience and have the drive and passion to help grow a business. You must have exceptional customer service skills, charisma, energy and enthusiasm along with having the ability to build rapport whilst maintaining long term business relationships.

The skills required for this SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR role will include:

• Previous residential lettings experience and experience of valuing
• Excellent sales ability
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Raynes Park area helpful
• Full Driving License and own car essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
